BOOKING CONDITIONS

The reservation made by phone or by e-mail IS CONSIDERED CONFIRMED UPON RECEIPT OF THE BANK TRANSFER (equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay) or credit card (no withdrawals)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The customer can cancel FREE OF CHARGE UP TO 7 DAYS before arrival. The customer pays the cost of the FIRST NIGHT IF THEY CANCELL WITHIN 7 DAYS BEFORE arrival. If the customer DOES NOT SHOW UP, OR CANCELLATIONS DURING THE PERIOD of stay or no show, they will have to pay the TOTAL AMOUNT of the reservation

Upon arrival, valid identity DOCUMENTS must be handed in, necessary for the registrations required by current legislation. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the provisions of the penal code and authorizes the manager to request immediate abandonment of the structure. The data of our guests are processed in accordance with current privacy legislation.

– THE BALANCE OF THE STAY MUST BE PAID AT CHECK IN.
At check out, the costs incurred in the facility during the stay will be settled (any meals, dinners or drinks)

-Since the SetterHouse is a family-run farmhouse, there is no Reception service available at all hours of the day, consequently each guest is required to communicate by telephone or by e-mail to the owner of the facility the expected arrival time, also for the same reason please respect the DAILY REST OF THE RECEPTION from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm concentrating your requests possibly at different times except for emergencies.
Each room and apartment are equipped with a refrigerator, therefore please make sure to buy water and drinks during the opening hours of the restaurant bar, i.e. at breakfast and dinner.

– The keys to the rooms will be delivered upon arrival; in case of loss there is a penalty of € 50.00 which will be entirely charged to the guest.

– Breakfast will be served from 8.30 to 10.00.

– THE ROOM IS CLEANED EVERY 3 DAYS of stay as well as the change of bed linen and towels. Any additional changes, if requested, must be communicated to the manager who will provide accordingly, with an additional cost of 6.00 euros per person.
– Smoking is not allowed inside the common areas such as the restaurant and the rooms. In the outdoor areas such as the terrace and swimming pool in the presence of other guests we ask smokers to move away and use the ashtrays.

– The structure declines all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of objects of your property left unattended in the rooms or common areas and for any damage to people, animals or things to and from third parties.

– Any damage must be immediately communicated to the manager of the structure.

– In accordance with the Agriturismo regulations and the rules of the Municipal Police, silence is required between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm and from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am

– It is forbidden to light your own stoves and heaters.

– We recommend correct and civil use of the toilets, avoiding throwing anything in the toilet, remembering that there are special bins.

– On the day of your departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10:30 am, guests can leave their luggage in custody free of charge for the necessary time.

– Upon departure, guests must return the keys given upon arrival.

The SetterHouse was created to offer you a holiday in the company of your dogs, however, for a peaceful coexistence, this involves the need to follow some basic rules that we summarize here:

-The owner guarantees that his animal is regularly chipped and vaccinated as required by the law in force and recommended coverage with specific anti-parasitic products in the hot months.

-Aggressive, poorly socialized, convalescent or sick dogs must be reported in advance and accepted compatibly with the presence of other animals, ditto intact and not neutered male dogs, must be kept on a leash and monitored to avoid creating disagreements and competition between male dogs

-If your female dog is close to heat, please notify us by constantly monitoring her and not in a group with other dogs to avoid creating arguments.

-If in heat, the manager must be notified by telephone and will evaluate the situation possibly also refusing the reservation, the presence in the facility of unsterilized male guest dogs absolutely advises against it.

-If it is necessary to brush and/or wash your dog, please do so outside the facility and clean up what has been removed.

-It is advisable to manage your dogs respectfully, avoiding marking inside the rooms, at the restaurant and in common areas, if this happens report it immediately.

-We never leave dogs unattended, going away to run errands or distracting ourselves on our cell phones, dogs must constantly remain under the watchful eye of the owner, also because given the size of the spaces, it is possible that you do not notice where your friend has soiled.

-We always take care to interrupt any prolonged and repetitive barking, this applies to both common areas and rooms.

-The morning and evening walk with dogs should be done in the olive groves and in the “dog area” outside the structure, avoid walking inside, in the pool and between the rooms to avoid making the other dogs present nervous and bark.

-We avoid playing with balls or treats in the presence of other dogs.

-Any damage to furnishings and linens will be quantified to the owners.

-In the Agriturismo, just outside the main gate, there is a fenced area, where dogs can be left free in safety, it is strictly forbidden to leave the furry ones alone inside and always provide for cleaning in case your friend soils, using the garbage cans outside the pool gate.
