Arrival and departure
For all rooms:
Check In from 14:00 to 20.00
Check Out no later than 11.00.

REQUEST FOR CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Once the booking has been confirmed, any changes or cancellations can be made by telephone or by e-mail.
Any change or cancellation of the reservation must be made no later than one week before Check in.

LINEN CHANGE AND RUTINE CLEANING ARE MADE ON THE FOURTH DAY
ON EXTRA REQUEST THE FULL CHANGE IS AT A COST OF 5 EUROS, THE CLEANING WILL HAVE A COST OF 5 EUROS FOR THE CHALETS AND 10 FOR THE APARTMENTS.

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION

From booking to 7 days before arrival, the cost of cancellation is 0%

From 6 days before arrival to 48 hours before arrival, the cost of cancellation is 100% of the cost of the deposit.

From 47 hours before arrival or cancellation during the period of stay or no show the cost of cancellation will be 100%
